Fill in your details
Enter the following:
- Full name — Used in your account profile and as a default sender name.
- Email address — This becomes your sign-in credential. Use an address you can access immediately for email confirmation.
- Password — Must be at least 12 characters. Choose a strong, unique password you don’t use elsewhere.
- Confirm password — Must exactly match the password field.

Accept the terms
Check the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkbox — this is required to create an account. An optional checkbox lets you opt in to product updates and marketing emails from SendWhale; this is not required.

Submit the form
Click Create account. SendWhale sends a confirmation email to the address you provided.
Register with Google
If you prefer not to set a separate password, click Continue with Google on the registration page. You’ll be redirected to Google’s OAuth consent screen. After granting access, you’re returned to SendWhale and your account is created automatically — no separate email confirmation is required when using Google sign-in.Google is the only OAuth provider currently available. Additional OAuth options may be added in a future release.
Confirm your email address
After registering with email and password, check your inbox for a message from SendWhale. Depending on your account configuration, you may receive:- A confirmation link — Click it to verify your address immediately.
- A one-time code — Enter the code on the confirmation screen.
- Both — Use whichever arrives first.
If the confirmation email doesn’t appear within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Mark the email as “not spam” to ensure future SendWhale emails reach your inbox.
After confirmation
Once your email is confirmed, SendWhale starts the onboarding flow — a five-step setup covering your business identity, logo, mailing address, team size, and campaign goals. You must complete onboarding before accessing your workspace.Your workspace is created during onboarding, not at the point of registration. If you close the browser before finishing onboarding, sign back in at /login to resume where you left off.
