Meeting scheduling (
/app/scheduler, /book/:slug) is completely separate from campaign scheduling (the campaign calendar). They serve different purposes — one manages meeting bookings, the other manages when marketing emails send.Setting your availability
Open Scheduler from your workspace sidebar and create a new availability configuration. Define:- Available hours — the days of the week and the time windows when you can be booked
- Buffer time — the gap to leave before and after each meeting so bookings do not stack back-to-back
Your public booking page
Each availability configuration produces a unique URL at/book/:slug. Visitors who open this URL can see your available time slots and pick one that works for them. They enter their name and email to confirm the booking.
Sharing your booking link
Include your/book/:slug link wherever your contacts are most likely to see it:
- As a call-to-action button in your email campaigns
- On your website’s contact or about page
- In your email signature
Managing bookings
View all upcoming and past bookings from the Scheduler section of your workspace at/app/scheduler. Use this view to monitor what is on your calendar, review past meeting history, and identify any bookings that need follow-up.
