Brand voice
Brand voice
Set a brand voice to guide Swell’s tone when drafting email copy. For example: professional and concise, warm and conversational, or bold and direct. Swell applies this voice to every draft it generates for this workspace.
Importing brand settings from your website
Supply your website URL in the brand settings form and select Import from website. SendWhale fetches publicly available content from your site to pre-populate fields like your description, colors, social links, and footer facts. After importing, go through each field and confirm the values are correct. Pay particular attention to your footer facts and any legal statements.Saving and switching workspaces
Brand settings are saved per workspace. When you switch to a different workspace, SendWhale loads that workspace’s brand settings automatically. Changes you make in one workspace do not affect any other workspace. If your business address changes, update it in brand settings as soon as possible. Your footer address appears in every campaign email and must remain accurate for CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
