Before Swell can deliver or schedule a campaign, you work through a set of interactive selectors that capture every delivery decision. Nothing is sent or scheduled until you have reviewed all the details and given explicit confirmation. This flow ensures you always know exactly what is going out, to whom, and when.

Interactive selectors

Swell presents the following selectors when preparing a campaign for delivery:
1

Campaign selector

Choose which campaign draft you are working on. If you have been editing a draft in the current conversation, Swell will pre-select it — but you can switch to any other draft in your workspace.
2

Audience selector

Choose the audience or segment that will receive the campaign. Select from your saved audiences or segments. Swell displays the estimated recipient count so you can confirm the scope before proceeding.
3

Schedule selector

Choose the send date, time, and timezone. You can schedule immediately or set a future delivery time. The scheduled time is shown in the review step so you can confirm it is correct.
4

Test recipient selector

Enter one or more email addresses to receive a test send before the campaign goes to your full audience. Use this to verify rendering, links, and content across email clients.

Review step

Before any delivery action is executed, Swell presents a full summary for your review. Confirm that all of the following are correct:
  • Workspace — the campaign will be sent from the correct workspace
  • Sender name and address — the from name and email address recipients will see
  • Recipient list — the selected audience and estimated count
  • Scheduled time — the exact date, time, and timezone
  • Campaign content — the subject line, preview text, and email body
Review the sender, audience, and content carefully in the confirmation step before confirming. Once a campaign has been sent, delivery cannot be recalled or undone.

Confirmation required

No campaign is sent or scheduled without your explicit confirmation at the review step. Swell will not take any delivery action silently or automatically.

Unavailable actions

If a backend action is unavailable — for example, because a required integration is not configured or a feature is not enabled for your account — Swell will label that action as unavailable rather than displaying a fabricated success message. Contact support@gosendwhale.com or visit the support page if an action you expect to be available is showing as unavailable.
