Hosted pages are public-facing newsletter or landing pages that SendWhale serves for you at a dedicated URL — no separate website or CMS required. Use them to publish newsletter archives, product announcements, or any content you want accessible at a permanent link.
The /n/:slug URL is the public address of your hosted page. Share it on social media, link to it from campaigns, or embed it on your website to drive traffic directly to the page.

Creating a hosted page

Open the Pages section of your workspace and click New Page. This opens the hosted-page editor. The hosted-page editor has its own canvas and document model — it is separate from the campaign email editor and is designed specifically for web-based content rather than inbox rendering.

Applying branding

Use the branding settings within the editor to apply your workspace colors, logo, and fonts to the page. Consistent branding helps visitors immediately recognise the page as part of your organization.

Previewing before you publish

Click Preview to see how the page renders in a browser before making it public. Check formatting, images, and links in the preview view, then return to the editor to make any adjustments.

Publishing a page

When the page is ready, click Publish. The page becomes publicly accessible at its /n/:slug URL immediately. Anyone with the link can view it — no login required.

Unpublishing a page

Click Unpublish to remove the page from public access. The /n/:slug URL will no longer resolve for visitors, but your page content and settings are preserved in the editor for future edits or republishing.

Custom domains

Custom domain support for hosted pages may be available on your SendWhale plan. Check your plan details or workspace settings to see whether custom domains are available for your current subscription.
